The position
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Comptable, vous intégrerez une équipe composée de 3 personnes en comptabilité et 3 personnes en contrôle de gestion.
Vous interviendrez, sur les sujets suivants :
· Traitement des factures fournisseurs et clients
· Relances clients
· Gestion des notes de frais
· Suivi et traitement des paiements par carte bancaire
· Rédaction de procédures internes
· Classement et archivage des documents comptables
En plus de la comptabilité, vous serez également impliqué(e) dans les activités du service Contrôle de Gestion, vous offrant ainsi une vision complète et concrète de la gestion financière de l’entreprise.
Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive : vous pourrez également être amené(e) à intervenir sur d’autres sujets variés, en fonction des projets en cours et de votre apprentissage et de votre appétence.
Profile required
Formation :
Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac + 2 à Bac+3 en comptabilité, gestion ou finance et vous recherchez un contrat d’alternance d’un à deux ans.
Compétences techniques :
· Maîtrise du pack office
· Connaissances en comptabilité générale
· La connaissance d’un logiciel comptable est un plus

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et de discrétion, avec un réel sens de la confidentialité. Votre curiosité et votre esprit d’équipe et votre envie d’apprendre seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste. Do you hire trainees?
Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).
Do you take on work-study students?
We can take on work-study students subject to availability of places and the company/school rhythm, as some projects are not always compatible with a work-study rhythm.
What is the recruitment process at Magellium Artal Group?
The process is fast! We first contact you for an initial discussion with the HR department by telephone or, ideally, on site at our premises. How long is the trial period for an engineer?
The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).

Our Toulouse and Courbevoie sites are accessible by public transport (metro and/or streetcar).
