Job description
Dans le contexte du DRN, en tant que Ingénieur Géomatique et Statistiques Spatiales vous serez amené à couvrir un large domaine de compétence. Vous intervenez sur tout le cycle de vie de la donnée géographique et statistique tant vecteur que raster et dans toutes les dimensions. Votre périmètre d’intervention englobe les systèmes applicatifs permettant la gestion des données et leur traitement.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Expertiser les demandes d’utilisations des SIG : analyses spatiales, analyse thématiques, cartographies, application web,
- Concevoir et réaliser des restitutions de données (cartes, atlas, tableaux de bord, cartes/dataviz interactives, …)
- Assister les maîtrises d’ouvrage lors de projets d’études ou de diagnostics comportant un volet territorial en proposant une méthodologie réaliste et adaptée,
- Assister techniquement l’équipe SIG sur les domaines imageries, 3D, données LIDAR et BIM,
- Mettre en œuvre et déployer des chaînes de traitement des données,
- Rédiger et mettre à jour des documentations techniques.

- Conception et réalisation de cartographie, application web,
- Script complexe dans la chaîne de traitement de la donnée,
- modèles de données,
- Conception et réalisation de tableaux de bord, de data visualisation et de storymaps.
Profile required
Vous disposez d’une formation de niveau bac+5 en SIG et disposez de 3 ans d’expérience minimum dans la géographie numérique avec une première expérience solide dans le domaine.
Vous avez utilisé ArcGIS Server dans un cadre professionnel.
Compétences générales attendues :
- Maîtrise des technologies d’éditeur du secteur (ESRI, Arcopole, …) et QGIS
- Maîtrise des bases de données (PostgreSQL), des outils (FME, ESRI model Builder) et de langage informatique (Python, SQL),
- Maîtrise des référentiels de données existants,
- Connaissance des outils topographiques et DAO (Autodesk),
- Capacité d’écoute du besoin,
- Capacité d’animation et de coordination,
- Capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse,
- Capacité de transmission des savoirs – Pédagogie,
- Strong ability to work as part of a team,
Compétences particulières attendues :
- Volet statistique :
- Maîtrise des outils MS M365 (Access, Excel, Word), Sphinx, Qlicksense et PowerBI,
- Connaître les statistiques univariées, bivariées et multivariées.
- Volet géomatique :
- Maîtrise de Portal et briques techniques associées, de l’offre AGOL, d’ArcGIS pro et ses extensions, des outils en Mobilité (FieldsMap, Survey, Locator)
- Maîtrise de la publication des flux,
- Maîtrise en administration de données, des différents types de format en information géographique.

Do you hire trainees?
Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).
Do you take on work-study students?
We can take on work-study students subject to availability of places and the company/school rhythm, as some projects are not always compatible with a work-study rhythm.

How long is the trial period for an engineer?
The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).
