Job description
Vous intégrez l’activité de Magellium Paris, au sein de la Business Unit SIG qui définit, conçoit, met en œuvre, implémente et assure le maintien opérationnel des SIG au sein du SI des entreprises, des collectivités et des services de l’état pour différentes applications à composantes géographiques.
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités SIG, nous recherchons un(e) Product Owner / Consultant(e) AMOA SIG expérimenté(e) pour accompagner un projet stratégique d’évolution et de refonte d’un système d’information géographique.
Vous interviendrez au sein d’une équipe projet, à l’interface entre les équipes métier, fonctionnelles et techniques, sur les phases de cadrage, de conception et de recette.
Votre mission
En tant que PO / AMOA SIG, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et des métiers ;
- Participer au cadrage fonctionnel des évolutions du SIG ;
- Traduire les besoins métier en exigences fonctionnelles et en fonctionnalités ;
- Concevoir les solutions fonctionnelles en lien avec les équipes techniques ;
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées ;
- Participer à la définition et à la modélisation des données géographiques ;
- Élaborer les stratégies et cahiers de recette ;
- Préparer, piloter et suivre la recette fonctionnelle des développements ;
- Identifier, qualifier et suivre les anomalies jusqu’à leur résolution ;
- Accompagner les évolutions du SIG existant et la transition vers une nouvelle architecture technologique Open Source ;
- Contribuer à la coordination entre les équipes fonctionnelles, techniques et métier ;
- Garantir la conformité des développements avec les besoins exprimés et les spécifications ;
- Participer aux instances de suivi et assurer un reporting régulier de l’activité.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement combinant technologies SIG propriétaires et Open Source, avec notamment :
- ESRI / ArcGIS
- QGIS
- QWC
- PostgreSQL / PostGIS
- Données géospatiales et bases de données spatiales
- Formats de données géographiques et systèmes de projection
- Modélisation de données / MCD
- Méthodes et pratiques Agile
Profile required
De formation supérieure en géomatique, informatique, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en SIG, idéalement sur des fonctions de Product Owner, AMOA, ou consultant fonctionnel SIG.
Vous maîtrisez :
- Les concepts fondamentaux des SIG et de la donnée géospatiale ;
- Les environnements ESRI / ArcGIS ;
- QGIS ;
- Les bases de données spatiales, notamment PostGIS ;
- La modélisation de données et les MCD ;
- La rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles ;
- La conception et l’exécution de recettes fonctionnelles ;
- Les méthodes Agile et le travail en équipe projet.
Vous êtes à l’aise pour dialoguer aussi bien avec des utilisateurs métier qu’avec des développeurs et experts techniques.
La connaissance des problématiques de migration ou de transformation d’un SIG, notamment d’un environnement ESRI vers un environnement Open Source, serait particulièrement appréciée.

How long is the trial period for an engineer?
The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).
