About Magellium Artal Group
Magellium (Groupe Artal), avec ses 300 collaborateurs, est un acteur indépendant, spécialiste sur la chaîne de valorisation du pixel et de la donnée image et vidéo (du capteur satellite, aéroporté ou drone jusqu’à son utilisation dans les systèmes d’information géographique, la cartographie et la Géointelligence). Magellium promeut la maîtrise des technologies du logiciel, de l’IA, du traitement d’image et de la géomatique.
The position
Vous intégrez l’unité « Cloud-Native Applications » qui développe et maintien des applications cloud-natives sur les thématiques suivantes : informatique scientifique, systèmes d’information et chaines de traitement images.
Constituée d’une trentaine de collaborateurs, répartis dans des équipes projets de 3 à 7 personnes, sa clientèle va de la start-up (TWELV, UBleam, …) au grand compte industriel de l’aéronautique (Airbus, Thales …) en passant par les entreprises publiques (AGEDI, ONF, VNF, …) et européennes (ONU).
Nous recherchons le ou la future Tech Lead de notre nouveau projet démarrant en Septembre 2025.
Vos principales missions :
• Gérer et mener techniquement le projet
• Accompagner et guider l’équipe de 4 développeur(se)s dans leurs ses choix
• Suivre les évolutions des technologies, framework et outils
• Transmettre votre expertise : animer des ateliers, partager les bonnes pratiques et former les membres de l’équipe.
En plus de la gestion technique du projet, vous aurez un rôle de conseiller auprès du client et de ses interlocuteurs et de référent technique auprès des autres ingénieurs du projet.
Votre domaine d’expertise :
🎯 Technos / Framework : Angular, Java, SpringBoot, Hibernate
🎯 DevOps : Ansible, Docker
🎯 Outils : Git, Gitlab.
Profile required
🎓 De formation supérieure (Bac+ 5 en informatique), vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en développement web sur Java.
💡 Vous aimez échanger, accompagner les équipes, et participer à la création d’une équipe solide et compétente vous motive.
🚀 Une expérience en management ou/et en architecture orientée message ou en micro-service est serait un gros plus !

Do you hire trainees?
Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).
Do you take on work-study students?
We can take on work-study students subject to availability of places and the company/school rhythm, as some projects are not always compatible with a work-study rhythm.
What is the recruitment process at Magellium Artal Group?
The process is fast! We first contact you for an initial discussion with the HR department by telephone or, ideally, on site at our premises. This allows you to immerse yourself in the company and discuss our vision, our values and the job's missions. Then, depending on the nature of the position, we propose a technical discussion with the project manager or the manager of the unit to which you will be assigned. How long is the trial period for an engineer?
The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).

Our Toulouse and Courbevoie sites are accessible by public transport (metro and/or streetcar).
