About Magellium Artal Group
Magellium (Groupe Artal), avec ses 300 collaborateurs, est un acteur indépendant, spécialisé sur la chaîne de valorisation de la donnée de télédétection (du capteur satellite ou drone jusqu’à son utilisation dans les systèmes et les services d’observation de la terre, la cartographie et la Géo intelligence) qui promeut la maîtrise des technologies spatiales, du logiciel, du traitement de l’image et du signal et de la géomatique.
Dans le cadre de ses activités en Observation de la Terre, Magellium intervient dans des grands programmes portés par les agences spatiales ou opérationnelles. Ces projets d’observation de la Terre mettent en œuvre des chaînes de traitements scientifiques des charges utiles à bord des satellites.
Ces chaînes de traitement, prototypes ou opérationnelles, sont développées en vue d’une intégration dans les segments sol des missions satellitaires. La spécificité de ces traitements réside dans la maîtrise conjuguée des techniques scientifiques ou algorithmiques de télédétection et de l’ingénierie, méthodologique, organisationnelle et informatique, des chaînes de traitements dans un environnement souvent contraint par la robustesse et la performance.
Dans le cadre du démarrage d’un nouveau projet, l’équipe Ground Segment recherche un chef de projet senior pour prendre en charge un projet de segment sol image pour l’observation de la terre.
The position
En tant que Chef de projet Segment Sol, vous êtes responsable de la planification, du pilotage et de la coordination de l’ensemble des activités liées à la conception, au développement, à la validation et à la livraison d’un segment sol image pour des missions d’observation de la Terre.
Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié du client final et garant des engagements de Magellium sur ce projet. Vous êtes également responsable du résultat économique de votre projet.
Vos principales missions et responsabilité sont :
- Piloter toutes les phases du projet : définition des besoins, planification, exécution, suivi des coûts, risques et délais.
- Assurer la coordination entre les différentes équipes internes et partenaires industriels.
- Gérer la relation avec le client et représenter Magellium dans le cadre de votre projet.
- Garantir la conformité du projet aux exigences techniques, qualité et réglementaires.
- Contribuer aux réponses aux appels d’offres.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus projet et au partage des bonnes pratiques.

Profile required
De formation Ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une expérience reconnue en pilotage de projets complexes, idéalement dans le secteur spatial ou de la défense et dans un contexte international. Vous êtes passionné par le domaine spatial et idéalement disposez idéalement d’une expérience dans le domaine des segments sol spatiaux.
Compétences techniques/hard skills
- Maîtrise des process, outils et méthodes de gestion de projet (planification, reporting, gestion des risques, suivi budgétaire).
- Expérience ou forte appétence pour la participation à des appels d’offres dans un contexte industriel ou institutionnel.
- Vous êtes très à l’aise en anglais, aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
Compétences humaines/soft skills
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en coordination d’équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, sens du travail en équipe, capacité à interagir avec les clients finaux.
- Autonomie, sens des responsabilités.

Atouts complémentaires
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes sol pour satellites d’observation de la Terre (chaînes d’acquisition, traitement, archivage et diffusion des données).
- Certification PMP ou équivalent.

Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).

The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).
