Job description
You'll be joining Magellium Paris, a company that defines, designs, implements and maintains GIS systems for companies, local authorities and government departments for a range of geographically-based applications.
Au sein d’une équipe, vous serez sous la responsabilité de la Directrice de Projet SIG Magellium, en interface avec le client, avec les missions suivantes :
- Administration des plateformes SIG permettant un maintien des environnements applicatifs,
- Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles d’applications SIG,
- Déploiement des solutions SIG,
- Suivi et résolution des incidents,
- Administration et gestion des données,
- Interface technico-fonctionnelle avec le client et les équipes de TMA : accompagnement et conseils sur les applications SIG,
- Support fonctionnel et assistance aux utilisateurs,
- Correction et validation des Dossiers d’Architecture Technique (DAT).),
- Ecriture des Dossiers d’Exploitation (DSBE).),
- Validation des livrables de la TMA (PTI, SFD, etc.)..),
- Conducting studies, impact analyses, and proof-of-concepts to address the evolving needs of systems.
- The challenge of making technical decisions to ensure the consistency and feasibility of changes to the client's IS/GIS.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will contribute your technical expertise in ESRI technologies, Python development, and the use of FME, while also providing support to users.
Profile required
Nous recherchons notre futur(e) collaborateur(trice) ayant une formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs ou université), avec une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans les SIG.
Technical skills :
- Proficiency in the ESRI suite
- Knowledge of IT/GIS architecture (Windows/Linux)
- GIS and Database Administration (including Oracle)
- Python Scripting
- FME Form and Flow (preferred)
- Connaissances données LiDAR appréciées
Soft skills:
- Teamwork and the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).

We can take on work-study students subject to availability of places and the company/school rhythm, as some projects are not always compatible with a work-study rhythm.
What is the recruitment process at Magellium Artal Group?

How long is the trial period for an engineer?
The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).
