Demonstrators for business value enhancement
For List Tech Days 2025, the CEA wanted to showcase a selection of its technologies through accessible and visually engaging technology demonstrators. To meet this need, Magellium Artal Group was asked to design and develop three demonstrators designed to run on fixed or touch screens, mainly in 16:9 format.
The first tool is dedicated to a Railway Signaling Workshop (AMS) for SNCF. It aims to enhance the design tool for new-generation computerized signal boxes. The second tool offers an animated home interface, serving as a portal to various demonstrators with the aim of highlighting them. The third tool, Econovae, is " an automated life-cycle analysis platform that facilitates the design of sustainable products thanks to artificial intelligence".
Designed for direct interaction with users, these demonstrators are intended to attract the interest of industry professionals, both technical decision-makers and potential partners. The aim is to provide simple, immediate access to complex topics and key information via a structured, clear and animated visual narrative. In this way, the demonstrators act as eye-catchers capable of arousing interest from the very first seconds.
Web development and user interface: a tailor-made approach
The demonstrators were designed as stand-alone web applications, not dependent on an Internet connection, and capable of running on both Windows and Linux. Magellium Artal Group deployed a modern technical architecture based on :
-
- technologies such as React JS and TypeScript for user interface development
- desktop application packaging via Tauri for a high-performance embedded web interface with faster loading times and lighter binaries.
Development was structured around GitLab CI to ensure optimum code quality throughout the process. The UX was designed with responsive design in mind, with a bilingual interface (French and English), a clear navigation path and adaptability to all screen formats.
The content was developed in collaboration with CEA teams: each demonstrator is based on a real-life use case, with illustrated, animated and interactive content for each.
The AMS tool offers a progressive path through the various stages of the workshop, while the"digital twins"demonstrator lets you navigate between several demonstrators presented in a homogeneous way.
A showcase for strategic events
Designed for CEA List Tech Days 2025, these demonstrators aim to make technical know-how accessible to a professional audience, including non-specialists. Their deployment on a stand allows CEA's expertise to be concretely materialized in an interactive experience.
For this project, Magellium Artal Group mobilized its expertise in software and systems engineering, as well as web development, to design robust, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces adapted to the codes of trade shows.
