A flourishing CSR policy
Thanks to our CSR team, we are able to implement concrete, meaningful actions that enable the company to enhance the value of its employees and have a positive impact on our society.
Improving to stay in tune with the challenges facing our society
" We have defined our strategic orientations in terms of areas of improvement for responsible governance.
In addition to the technical skills of our employees, our wealth is also based on intergenerational transmission, multicultural exchanges and inclusion. Respect for the principles of non-discrimination and equal access to employment is a fundamental value of the Group!
Our business activities also require us to be as close as possible to our customers, and we make it a point of honor to safeguard their interests by applying rigorous business ethics on the part of our management and employees.
Aware that every activity has an environmental impact, we are committed to managing our activities responsibly and strive to minimise our impact."
- Pierre Duverneuil, President of Magellium Artal Group
"We are convinced that well-being in the workplace is a state of mind to be built, developed and nurtured within the Group."
- Pierre Duverneuil, President of Magellium Artal Group

A committed company
Job manager
Our recruitment process remains objective and honest, respecting the principles of personal data protection and providing support from a mentor during the hiring process. We also combat undeclared work by evaluating suppliers and subcontractors in advance. Finally, with an average age of 36, seniors (aged 55+) represent 15.6% of our group.
Integration of people with disabilities
Prevention of psychosocial risks
To fight harassment in all its forms (psychological, gender-based, sexual), we have appointed a harassment advisor within our company.
In 2024, the HR department received training on anticipating the risks of discrimination in the workplace, and unit managers received training on preventing moral and sexual harassment in the workplace.
In addition, a harassment officer is appointed within the CSE.
Raising awareness of eco-actions
We have implemented environmental principles that are respected by all staff, such as: systematically turning off equipment, using reusable cups instead of plastic cups, sorting waste, encouraging the use of sustainable transport, limiting business travel, etc.
In 2023, we conducted a carbon assessment using Diag’ Décarbon’action, with support from the company L’Effet de Faire. The result: our GHG emissions for 2022 amounted to 1,072 tons of CO2.
A second carbon assessment is planned for 2026 based on 2025 data, with a target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 20%.
Responsible digital practices
From a digital perspective, we are committed to applying responsible practices, knowing that the internet would be the third largest consumer of electricity in the world if it were a country! To this end, we have, among other things, extended the lifespan of our equipment, simplified our IT systems to reduce the number of physical servers, set the data center temperature to 24°C, and implemented an internal instant messaging system.
Since 2023, 12 employees have received training in eco-design.
Promoting soft transport
21.8% of our employees cycle to work and 30% use public transport. We encourage the use of sustainable modes of transport, in particular through the introduction of a bicycle mileage allowance, an open bicycle parking area, and the provision of a shower room and changing rooms, etc.
